Furgerson's Garage Certified Green Station!

Furgerson's Garage has been a part of the Encinitas community for 30 years and we take pride in continually striving to be as "green" as possible. Recently, Furgerson's was offically recognized by the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) along with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), for their voluntary efforts to prevent chemical waste and pollution in California.

Furgerson's Garage is an eco-friendly shop that recycles: engine oil, transmission fluid, differential lube, batteries, coolant/anti-freeze, Air Conditioning refrigerants, fluid filters, scrap metal parts, plastics, cardboard, paper, aluminum, and more.  We also perform Encinitas Smog Check repairs that help clean the air we breathe, as well as gas mileage related diagnostics and repairs to reduce fuel consumption and diagnosis and repair of any oil, fluid, coolant, or refrigerant leaks to reduce the pollution of our environment.  Keeping your vehicle properly maintained will add years to the life of your vehicle and help our environment at the same time.
